1. Does this product prevent CCCA?
Since the direct cause of CCCA is still being researched, we can't make the claim that this prevents it. However, the formulation is meant to be used as a way to stabilize and revitalize hair follicles.
2. Does this work on non CCCA Hair Loss?
Yes! The active ingredients were chosen because of their ability to stabilize and rejuvenate CCCA but they're also beneficial for most any type of hair loss as well.
3. What are growth factors and how do they work?
Growth factors are a type of treatment that has been recommended for stimulating hair growth, stopping hair loss and most importantly, rejuvenating scar tissue. They stimulate the formation of new cells, deliver nutrients to problem areas and work to restore your scalp to a more youthful state. Growth Factors are extracts from natural sources featured in therapeutic amounts.
4. Can I use this alongside what was given to me by my Dermatologist/Trichologist?
Yes you can. Since we're Hair Health professionals ourselves, we built PURIFY to be used as a booster formula to any current treatment protocol. It is also very effective on its own as a standalone product.
5. Is this like Minoxidil? Will my hair fall out after using it?
Absolutely not. This product kit features NO vasodilators (they temporarily help blood flow go to hair loss areas but stop working once you stop using them). PURIFY works differently in that it combats the inflammatory issues that likely contribute to CCCA. Leading to better conditions on the scalp.
6. I'm currently using Minoxidil. Should I stop and just use this product?
Since Minoxidil is used as a prescription that is a conversation you'd have to have with your medical professional. PURIFY can be used in conjunction with Minoxidil if you'd like to use both.
